Our little monkey is nine months. He is such a joy and treasure. We love him so very much and are thankful for this small glimpse of how great God's love must be for us. We honestly can't even begin to wrap our minds around the thought! He is so so good to us.
Grayson, what are you up to at 9 months?
- You are 21 lb, 7 1/2 oz and are 29 3/4 in long
- Wear size 9-12 month clothes and size 3 diapers
- You are nursing 5 times a day and are eating stage 3 baby foods. Your favorites are carrots, sweet potatoes, pears and apples! You also have started on some table foods and love Cheerios and sweet potato puffs.
- Take two naps a day for about 2-2.5 hours each! One at 9am and the other at 1pm.
- Sleep 12 hours at night from 7p-7a!
- You have 5 teeth! Two on bottom and three on top:)
- Have the sweetest disposition. You rarely fuss or throw a fit unless you are really tired or hungry. I can't blame you!! I'm pretty sure you get that from your momma:)
- You are crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything!! You started with the Army crawl but this weekend mastered crawling on all fours! Daddy and I called your crawl the wounded soldier because you only used your left leg to Army crawl and drug your right leg along. So precious!
- You are still so strong and really love to walk.
- You LOVE your daddy and light up and squeal every time he walks in the room. You talk about him all day long! I LOVE hearing you say dada and momma!!!! Absolutely melts my heart!
- You are extremely observant and are always in deep thought. You are very serious but love to entertain and have a good time! You have the sweetest smile and laugh around. I love getting to see and hear it all day long!!
- You are a great traveler! You love watching the world pass by out your back seat window.
- You love to be outside just like your daddy! Y'all are going to have the best time going on adventures together:)
What a blessing you are to us sweet baby Grayson! We love you so much and thank God for you multiple times a day! Thank you for the joy, love and laughter you bring us daily. Thank you for ushering me to the throne of grace every day. I can't even imagine the mommy I'd be without our gracious Lord showing me the way. He fearfully and wonderfully made you. He planned every single day of your precious life and that brings this momma so much comfort. I pray He would reveal to me the gifts and talents He's specifically given you to bring glory to and further His kingdom. May I recognize those gifts and encourage you in them as you develop into the man God created you to be. I know you are going to do great and mighty things in His name and it is such an honor to be your mommy!!! We love you with all our hearts precious boy.
